What is Psychotherapy?
Life can be full of troubles that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, angry and lost.
In psychotherapy, we journey to the root of those struggles and approach them compassionately and without judgment to help you navigate life with a greater sense of understanding and ease. Psychotherapy offers a path to a more meaningful life by fostering a deeper connection to yourself, your relationships, your work and your vision.

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
The Conversational Model of Psychotherapy is based on the idea that our sense of self develops through early relationships. When those relationships involve trauma or neglect, it can leave deep scars. In therapy, I focus on creating a safe, empathic connection where we can explore emotions in detail. Through our conversations, we’ll work to heal those old wounds, helping you reconnect with your authentic self.
Internal Family Systems
In IFS, I help you explore the different “parts” of yourself—the inner critic, protector, or wounded child—we discover how each part has a role, and by getting to know them, we learn about their intentions and begin to heal old emotional wounds. My role is to guide you in connecting with your core "Self," which has the strength and wisdom to help all your parts work together in a healthier way.
